I TALK! wow! So ask me something, see if I can help you! Your issue is most likely something minor, and as simple as a typo or missed step.
That is perfectly ok. I have heard it ALL before! I have probably spoken with 50 others who did/missed the same thing. (So I did a FAQ page.)
Thus I can answer your question that much faster since I might know what it is before you finish asking.

If I am offline, my IMs are sent to my email, which buzzes an iPhone, that I know how to use!
You can also feel free to drop me a notecard. Please include full perm copies of your script/trigger script along with your issue.
I will reply with that same notecard back to you with revised scripts, and a little note etc etc.

I do want to hear form my users, more so if there is a problem that needs fixing. I take pride in staying current.
